I want the deal. Now what?

Just click the “Buy Now” button within the deal you want to buy. The website will then ask you for your credit card information and address. You’ll then get an email confirmation from Posh Perks saying you received the deal with a coupon code to use when you redeem your product or service.

Done. Now how do I use the deal?

Posh Perks will send you an email containing a coupon code. Once printed, you can redeem it at the given vendor. For online deals you will need to enter the coupon code in the vendor’s website in a specified location. In both cases, your coupon is redeemed directly with the vendor.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We take great care in protecting your info. Please see our Privacy Policy for specifics.

Can I purchase a deal that has expired?

So sorry, but um, no.

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately not. We are so busy writing and making deals that we are online only. Please email support@posh-perks.com with any questions.

How long is the deal good for?

Please refer to the terms of the specific deal, however, most are good for a year.

What if I don’t use the entire value of the deal?

In almost all cases there is no cash back or store credit for the unused portion of your deal.

Can I give my coupon to my favorite gal pal?

Unless otherwise stated, yes.

Will I need ID to redeem the coupon?

In some cases yes. And it probably just makes good sense to carry ID anyway.

What if I purchased a deal by mistake?

Email us at support@posh-perks.com within 24 hours and we will refund your money. Simple as that.
